Incredibly patient through a year of looking for that perfect home. She showed a range of homes all over the Western Suburbs. She seemed to be familiar with every neighborhood and could call any seller's realtor and get straight answers. Throughout, she was positive and always offered realistic advice. When we finally found the right house she was masterful in guiding negotiations. We quickly settled at a price over 6% less than the list price. She got me a great house at a good price. From there until closing she was a rock. I would highly recommend her. I don't want to buy another house but if I had to sell or buy again, I wouldn't consider anyone but Joyce.
